Le comté d'Accomack (anciennement Accomac Shire) est un comté de Virginie, aux États-Unis, fondé en 1663. En 2010, la population était de 33 164 pour une superficie de 3 400 km2, dont 1 180 km2 seulement de terre ferme. Son siège est Accomac. Avec le Comté de Northampton il fait partie de la Péninsule de Delmarva. La population est stable depuis le début du XXe siècle.
