cruisemapper.com →AIDAbella deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2026-2027-2028 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by AIDA Cruises deckplan pdf (printable version). Each of the AIDAbella cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on AIDAbella staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category. MS AIDAbella (2008-built, last refurbished in 2026 January-March/AIDA Evolution refurbishment) is the second SPHINX-class ship in the AIDA Cruises fleet, alongside AIDAdiva and AIDAluna . The shipowner is Costa Cruises (a Carnival Corporation brand), and the vessel is operated by the German company AIDA Kreuzfahrten. The AIDAbella cruise ship deck plan includes a total of 1,025 cabins for 2,050 passengers (maximum occupancy 2,500), served by 590 crew members. The vessel has 13 decks (11 accessible to passengers, 6 with cabins), 7 restaurants, 11 bars and lounges, 3 swimming pools, 4 Jacuzzis/outdoor hot tubs, and 10 elevators. Complimentary dining options included in the AIDAbella cruise fare are Markt, Weite Welt, Pizzeria Mare, and Bella Vista. Specialty restaurants available at an extra charge (reservation required) include Rossini, Buffalo, and the Sushi Bar. In the ship’s three buffet restaurants (Markt, Weite Welt, and Bella Vista), wine and beer are complimentary during lunch and dinner. In addition to the ship’s staff and crew, AIDA passengers are also assisted by Pepper robots —humanoid service robots introduced fleetwide in 2016. These advanced robots greet and guide guests during embarkation and continue to assist throughout the cruise, offering helpful information on dining, entertainment, enrichment programs (workshops and scheduled events), casino and shopping promotions, and shore excursions. Pepper robots are mobile, multilingual (English, German, Italian), and capable of interpreting human emotions by analyzing voice tone and facial expressions. The 2026 drydock refurbishment (January-March), part of the AIDA Evolution fleet upgrade program, was a major 7-week project. It resulted in the following deck plan and facility/amenity changes: The Theatrium (main show lounge) received redesigned seating (with backrests around the stage on Deck 9), a new color scheme, and advanced sound, lighting, and stage control systems. All cruise cabins were updated with new canopies, carpets, curtains, and color schemes. Balcony cabins were fitted with new chairs and sofas. Some cabins were reconfigured to quads to accommodate families. Six new family suites were added at the stern, each with private sundecks, separate living/sleeping areas (with double beds), and additional beds in the living room. Some suites now accommodate up to five guests plus a baby cot. Suite guests have access to exclusive retreats—the Sky Deck and Rossini Lounge. Public areas on Decks 9, 10, and 11 were extensively redesigned. New dining and beverage venues were introduced: French Kiss (restaurant and bar), East Fusion (Asian cuisine), Tapas Bar (Spanish snacks), Yachtclub Restaurant (maritime cuisine), Panorama Bar, Ice Bar, Tokyo Bar, and Lanai Bar. The wellness complex was completely renovated, with the addition of two Thermal Suites equipped with private whirlpools, saunas, and waterbeds. The Hair Spa was redesigned and now includes a Nail Spa. A new Fun Park was installed on Deck 14, featuring a 7.5-m / 27-ft-high climbing tower, a slide, and interactive caves. The Kids Club was redesigned. AIDAbella deck plans are property of AIDA Cruises . All deck layouts are for informational purposes only and CruiseMapper is not responsible for their accuracy.
