AIDAprima deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2026-2027-2028 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by AIDA Cruises deckplan pdf (printable version). Each of the AIDAprima cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on AIDAprima staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category. AIDAprima (2016-built) is the first of two AIDA cruise ships in the Hyperion-Class series, alongside her sister ship, AIDAperla (2017). A notable feature of these AIDA newbuilds is that they were constructed in Japan by MHI-Mitsubishi at the Nagasaki shipyard. The shipowner is Costa Cruises (a Carnival Corporation company), and the vessel is operated by the German brand AIDA Cruises. A unique attraction is the Skywalk—two glass elevators located at the stern, each leading to a glass-floored platform 45 m (148 ft) above sea level. Another innovation for a Germany-based cruise ship is the onboard ice rink. Measuring 200 m² (2,150 ft²), the Ice Rink is located on Deck 16 and operates only during the winter months. In addition to the ship's staff and crew, AIDA cruise passengers are assisted by Pepper robots —state-of-the-art humanoid robots implemented fleetwide in 2016. These cyborgs greet and guide passengers during embarkation and provide support throughout the voyage, offering information on dining, entertainment, enrichment programs (workshops, scheduled events), casino and shopping promotions, and shore excursions. Pepper robots are mobile, speak English, German, and Italian, and are capable of recognizing human emotions by analyzing voice tone and facial expressions.
