傘形科（学名：Apiaceae）是傘形目下的一科，是一类具有繖形花序的植物。花小型，具有五片花瓣。這些排列成繖狀的花序，稱為繖形花序。 此科下包含有孜然、香芹、香菜、胡蘿蔔、蒔蘿、葛縷子、当归、白芷、独活、毒芹、明日葉等植物。此科约有280属和2500种，分布在北温带、亚热带或热带的高山上。中国大约有90属、500多种，全国均有分布。伞形科包括很多日常食用的蔬菜和调料。
