La région des Pouilles (en italien : Puglia, /ˈpuʎ.ʎa/ ; en dialecte de Bari, foggiano et tarentin : Pùgghie ; en salentin : Puia ; en francoprovençal : Poulye ; anciennement : Apulie), dite plus couramment les Pouilles, voire la Pouille, est une région d'Italie, située dans l'extrême sud-est du pays (« le talon et l'éperon de la botte italienne »). Son gentilé est Apulien. La région compte un peu plus de 4 millions d'habitants et son chef-lieu et principale agglomération est Bari. Délimitée par les régions de Molise au nord, de la Campanie à l'ouest et de la Basilicate au sud-ouest, la région est baignée par la mer Adriatique à l'est et la mer Ionienne au sud. Administrativement, la région comprend la ville métropolitaine de Bari et les provinces de Barletta-Andria-Trani, Brindisi, Foggia, Lecce et Tarente.
