Emperador romano de oriente (395-408)

AI overview

Arcadius was a Roman emperor who ruled the eastern half of the Roman Empire from 395 until his death in 408, following the division of power after his father Theodosius I's death. He is historically remembered as a weak ruler who was heavily influenced by powerful ministers and his wife rather than governing independently.
