In addition, three fuel cell buses are deployed in Perth, Australia and three in Beijing, China Mr. Neese holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. Ms. Kate Igbalode, Ballard’s SVP and CFO and was previously serving as the company’s Vice President Corporate Finance & Strategy. Prior to joining Ballard in 2021, she most recently acted as a Director of Finance with Suncor Energy, Canada’s largest integrated energy company, and held senior engineering roles with a leading Canadian energy company, the BC Energy Regulator, and consulting firms in the US and Canada. She holds an engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines and completed post-graduate economics curriculum from Queen’s University. She is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Oben Uluc was appointed Ballard’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing in September 2025. Mr. Uluc’s responsibilities include global business development, sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. Sarbjot (Jyoti) Sidhu was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Ballard in October 2025. In this role, she leads global Customer Care and People and Culture, driving cross-functional alignment to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and champion a culture of responsiveness, transparency, and partnership. Jyoti joined Ballard in 2000 and has held a wide range of leadership roles over her tenure. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer (2022–2025), and before that, as Senior Vice President of Operations (2018–2022), with global responsibility for EH&S, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance, and Facilities. She also held earlier roles in Corporate Quality, Production Management, EH&S, and Production Planning. She has led several key initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma training, Ballard’s continuous improvement program, and a company-wide ERP implementation in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. She holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Certificate in Operations Management from BCIT. Jyoti brings deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of Ballard’s culture to her new role as CXO.
