Belinda Bencic ( pronounced [ˈbelinda ˈbentʃitʃ]; born 10 March 1997) is a Swiss professional tennis player. She has been ranked by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) as high as world No. 4 in singles, which she achieved on 17 February 2020, and No. 59 in doubles, attained on 1 February 2016. She is the current No. 1 Swiss in women's singles.
