Zum Rundfunk gehören insbesondere der (in Deutschland seit dem 29. Oktober 1923 bestehende) Hörfunk (Empfangsgerät: Radio) und das Fernsehen. Behörden in Deutschland stufen aber mittlerweile auch Live-Streaming von Bild und Ton via Internet als Rundfunk ein.
