Litoria electrica – gatunek australijskiego płaza z rodziny rzekotkowatych. Zasięg występowania tego płaza prawdopodobnie obejmuje też tereny chronione[2]. Litoria electrica nie posiada szczególnych wymagań, jeśli chodzi o siedlisko. Odpowiadają jej najbardziej lasy eukaliptusowe i występujące w nich bagna, ale spotyka się nawet w budynkach[2], podobnie jak australorzekotkę szmaragdową (Litoria caerulea). Rozmnażanie W lecie po ulewnych deszczach (grudzień) samiec rozpoczynają swe nawoływania[2], by przekazać geny następnemu pokoleniu. Litoria electrica (englische Trivialnamen: „Buzzing Treefrog“, „Electric Treefrog“) ist ein Froschlurch aus der Gattung Litoria. Er wurde 1987 von Ken Aplin bei Floraville in Queensland entdeckt und 1990 erstbeschrieben. Das Artepitheton electrica bezieht sich auf seinen Balzruf, der an das Geräusch eines Hochspannungslichtbogens erinnert.
