Het Verdrag chemische wapens CWC, Chemical Weapons Convention, voluit: Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction, behelst een wereldwijd verbod op het gebruik en het in voorraad hebben van chemische wapens. Het verdrag kwam op de Conferentie van ontwapening van 3 september 1992 in Genève tot stand, is op 13 januari 1993 in Parijs ondertekend en werd op 29 april 1997 van kracht.
