Chicago é um musical composto por John Kander, com letras de Fred Ebb e libretto de Ebb e Bob Fosse. A história é uma sátira à corrupção na administração da justiça criminal e ao conceito de "celebridade criminal." O musical é baseado em uma peça teatral de mesmo nome, escrita pela repórter Maurine Dallas Watkins sobre criminosas reais e crimes que ela noticiou.A produção original da Broadway estreou e 3 de Junho de 1975, no e teve um total de 936 performances. Bob Fosse coreografou a produção original, e seu estilo é fortemente identificado com o show. O revival de Chicago, da Broadway, em 1996, bateu o recorde de mais longo revival de musical em cartaz na Broadway e é o sétimo show da Broadway há mais tempo em cartaz na história. Desde 15 de Novembro de 2008, foi exibido em mais de 5000 performances. Uma adaptação cinematográfica da peça foi lançada em 2002.
