タラ戦争（たらせんそう、英語: Cod Wars、アイスランド語: Þorskastríðin）は、1958年から1976年にかけて起きた、アイスランドと主にイギリスとの間の一連の紛争のことである。アイスランドが主張する漁業専管水域における漁業権を争った。当該漁場の主たる海産物がタラであったため、この名が付いた。
