Die Koprographie (von: κόπρος kópros = „[der] Dung“, „[der] Kot“ und altgriechisch γραφή graphḗ, deutsch ‚Schrift‘) bezeichnet den Drang, „obszöne Wörter zu schreiben oder obszöne Bilder zu malen“ Koprographie ist als neurologisch-psychiatrisches Symptom u. a. beim Tourette-Syndrom bekannt.
