David Smith, nome completo Henry David Smith (Faversham, 28 ottobre 1872 – Santa Barbara, 25 aprile 1930), è stato un regista, direttore della fotografia e sceneggiatore inglese del cinema muto. Era il fratello maggiore di Albert E. Smith (1875-1958), cofondatore insieme a James Stuart Blackton della società di produzione Vitagraph. Usò anche il nome David Divad.
