Desire Sibanda (born 17 December 1985), better known by his stage name Dizzy Dee or just Dizzy is a reggae artist born in Triangle, Zimbabwe First notable achievements in music were in 2003 working with local producer Tony Fresh who released his earlier material under Kunta Records.
