Domoda is one of the emblematic recipes of Senegalese gastronomy. Alongside dishes such as thieboudienne and yassa, it is a favorite in Senegal. It is consumed mainly in Senegal, Mauritania, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Guinea.
