Critically Endangered東部低地大猩猩（Gorilla beringei graueri）是東部大猩猩的亞種，只生活在剛果民主共和國東部的卡胡兹－别加国家公园和周边地区。 東部低地大猩猩較西部低地大猩猩粗壯，有較長的牙齒、強壯的顎骨及較闊的身軀。雄性有黑色的毛皮，當成熟時背部會轉為銀色。
