Edsel is een voormalig Amerikaans automerk dat in 1958 werd gelanceerd door Ford Motor company. Het model mislukte en staat bekend als een van de grootste en duurste mislukkingen in de Amerikaanse auto-industrie. Edsel werd in 1960 alweer geschrapt.
