Endolymph is the fluid contained in the membranous labyrinth of the inner ear. The major cation in endolymph is potassium, with the values of sodium and potassium concentration in the endolymph being 0.91 mM and 154 mM, respectively. It is also called ''Scarpa's fluid'', after Antonio Scarpa.

Śródchłonka (łac. endolimfa) – płyn wypełniający struktury błędnika błoniastego. Jego ruch odpowiada za pobudzanie receptorów słuchu i układu równowagi. Produkowany jest w i łagiewce. Charakteryzuje się, w odróżnieniu od przychłonki, wysokim stężeniem jonów potasu (K+) oraz niskim stężeniem jonów sodu (Na+). Mechanizm wytwarzania polega na pompowaniu do światła błędnika jonów potasu, w mniejszej ilości także jonów sodu (Na+), za którymi podąża woda.
