Enter è l'album di debutto del gruppo musicale gothic metal olandese Within Temptation.Pubblicato nel 1997 in Europa vendendo circa 100 000 copie. Nel 2007 ha finalmente raggiunto anche gli Stati Uniti insieme all'EP The Dance, sotto l'etichetta discografica Season of Mist. A suo tempo, Enter venne accolto discretamente e giusto nel periodo in cui il suo genere gothic attirava l'attenzione della stampa.L'album diede occasione alla band di esibirsi ad importanti festival (tra cui l'olandese Dynamo Open Air) ed anche al di fuori del suo paese natale. La band Orphanage ha aiutato i Within Temptation durante la registrazione dell'album. Per la precisione ha registrato le chitarre in Pearls of Light, le voci in Deep Within, e ha prestato assistenza tecnica coi sintonizzatori a Martijn Westerholt.
