A classically trained pianist, Eric began his study of the piano at the age of seven, and he started composing original music while still in high school. He completed course work for a BA in business administration from the University of Florida, graduating with honors in 2002. When in college, he received formal vocal training, and he was influenced by a variety of musical styles including rock, r&b, jazz and new age.
