Les falles, en valencien, ou fallas, en castillan (nom non officiel) sont une fête populaire dont l'apogée se situe entre le 15 et le 19 mars, jour de la Sant Josep/saint Joseph, José en espagnol, patron des charpentiers. Les festivités se déroulent dans les rues et places de Valencia (Espagne) et dans plus d'une centaine de villes de la Communauté valencienne.
