FCAPS (ang. fault, configuration, accounting, performance, security) – zbiór zagadnień opisywanych słowami: usterki, konfiguracja, rozliczenia, wydajność, bezpieczeństwo. Jest to część modelu zarządzania siecią telekomunikacyjną (TMN) określająca kategorie w ramach tego modelu. W przypadku organizacji niewystawiających rachunków termin rozliczenia jest zastępowany przez termin administrowanie.
