La Friedrichstraße [ˈfʁiːdʁɪçˌʃtʁaːsə] (« rue Frédéric ») est une rue située à Berlin, reliant les quartiers de Mitte et de Kreuzberg, entre la au nord et la au sud. Elle a été nommée ainsi en l'honneur du roi Frédéric Ier de Prusse et traversait le quartier de Friedrichstadt dans sa partie méridionale.
