Guimarânia is a Brazilian municipality located in the northwest of the state of Minas Gerais. Its population was 8,105 people living in a total area of . The city belongs to the mesoregion of Triângulo Mineiro e Alto Paranaiba and to the microregion of Patos de Minas. It became a municipality in 1963.
