Hönir, altnordisch Hœnir, ist in der nordischen Mythologie ein Gott, der durch Schweigsamkeit und Vornahme kultischer Handlungen eine gewisse Nähe zu priesterlichen Verhaltensweisen hat. Geltung erlangt er durch seine Rolle in der Schöpfungsgeschichte und in den Untergangsmythen, sowie als Begleiter von Odin und Loki. Die Nachrichten über ihn sind jedoch so spärlich, dass man kein klares Bild von ihm gewinnen kann.
