Ibrahim Eissa ou Ibrahim ʿissa (en arabe :إبراهيم عيسى), né en novembre 1965, est un journaliste égyptien, un romancier et une personnalité de la télévision connu surtout pour avoir co-fondé l'hebdomadaire populaire égyptien (en) (« La Constitution ») de 1995 à 1998 et de 2005 à 2010. Il est actuellement rédacteur en chef de (en) (« La Libération »), qu'il a co-fondé en juillet 2011.
