Herpetologie Ichthyophis mindanaoensis is een wormsalamander uit de familie Ichthyophiidae.[2] De soort werd voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Edward Harrison Taylor in 1960.[3] Deze wormsalamander komt voor in bergachtige streken op Mindanao (Filipijnen).
