Ingo I (m. 1105), também chamado de Ingo, o Velho, foi o Rei da Suécia em dois períodos diferentes, primeiro de 1079 até sua abdicação em 1084 por aparentemente ter desrespeitado as tradições suecas, e depois de 1087 até sua morte depois de ter tomado o trono de volta de Sueno. Era filho do rei Stenkil e de sua esposa Ingamoder da Suécia, filha do rei Emundo.
