インターセクショナリティ（英: intersectionality）とは、個人のアイデンティティが複数組み合わさることによって起こる特有の差別や抑圧を理解するための枠組みである。また、複数のアイデンティティによる特有の社会的な特権を理解するためにも使われる。 20世紀後半にフェミニズム理論として提唱され、扱われるアイデンティティの代表的なものに、ジェンダー、セックス（身体的特徴による性別）、人種、社会階層や経済的階層、セクシャリティ、特定の能力や障害の有無、身体的特徴などがある。日本語では交差性とも呼ばれる。
