州間高速道路90号線(しゅうかんこうそくどうろ90ごうせん、英語:Interstate 90)は、アメリカ合衆国のワシントン州シアトルからマサチューセッツ州ボストンまでを結ぶ州間高速道路である。 世界でもっとも距離が長い自動車専用の高速道路として知られており、長さは、ほぼ3,100マイル、5,000kmある。最東端のマサチューセッツ州の基点はジェネラル・エドワード・ローレンス・ローガン国際空港の横にある。
