Íos (en griego Ίος, Íos, localmente Νιός, Niós) es una isla griega en el archipiélago de las Cícladas del mar Egeo. Su nombre en la antigüedad era Φοινίκη (Phoenice). Se trata de una isla montañosa, con acantilados hasta el mar en la mayor parte de su territorio. La población era de 2.024 habitantes según el censo de 2011, pero llegó a tener 3.500 en el siglo XIX. Ios es parte de la unidad periférica de Thera. Por otra parte, escenas de la película El gran azul (Le Grand Bleu) fueron rodadas en Manganari, al sur de la isla.
