iPadOS是蘋果公司在iPad上使用的作業系統，從iOS所分支，於2019年6月3日在WWDC初次發表、同年9月24日已正式發送iPadOS 13.1版供用戶更新。最新版本iPadOS 16Beta於2022年6月7日WWDC上发布。 iPadOS的使用者介面是使用多點觸控來直接操作。介面操控元素包括滑動條、開關及按鈕。跟操作介面的控制包括滑動、點擊、扭捏及反向扭捏。這些所有都在iPadOS作業系統及其多點觸控介面中有具體的定義。內建的速度感知器能夠提供給部分應用程式使用，當裝置搖動時以的作出回應（常見的結果是還原指令），或以三維方旋轉（常見於切換縱向及橫向之間的熒幕模式）。
