==Geography== Ipiaçu is located at an elevation of 437 meters just south of the Paranaíba River in the Triângulo Mineiro. It belongs to the statistical microregion of Ituiutaba. Neighboring municipalities are Santa Vitória, Capinópolis and the state of Goiás.
