Ishielu LGA is made up of communities which can be categorized into two groups; The Orring-Agba group and the Igbo-Esa group. In no particular order, the communities are: Nkalaha Ntezi Okpoto Ohofia-Agba Agba Ezza-agu Ezillo Umuhali Obeagu Nkalagu Amaezu Iyonu
