Kûbaard () is a village located in the municipal Súdwest-Fryslân in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population around 242 inhabitants in January 2017.
==History== The village was first mentioned in the second half of the 13th century as Cubawerth, and means "terp of Cuba (person)". Kûbaard is a terp (artificial dwelling mound). Later a dike which meanders through the landscape was built and still provides the main road to the village.
