Landi Renzo becomes an industrial group: in 1993 it takes over the company Landi Srl and Eurogas Holding B.V. a Dutch company in the same sector. The Polish branch of the company, Landi Renzo Polska S.p.Z.o.o. is established in 1999, and the year after, the company takes over Med S.p.A. in Reggio Emilia. Renzo Landi dies in 1977. The company continues its business, managed by his wife and son Stefano who becomes Chief Executive Officer of the company in 1987 when its become a Joint Stock company. External sales expand rapidly throughout Italy and the first exports to Japan, France, Belgium and Holland take place in 1963 and 1964. Opportunities soon open up in Eastern Europe, India and South America.
