Sign in to saveAlso known as The Last Supper, Jesus Christ--Last Supper, Institution of the Eucharist
Szene aus dem Neuen Testament
The Last Supper is the final meal that Jesus shared with his disciples before his crucifixion, as recounted in the Christian gospels. It is central to Christian theology and practice because Jesus used this meal to institute what became the religious ritual of Communion or the Eucharist, which Christians continue to observe today.
