Liling () is a county-level city and the 12th most populous county-level division in Hunan Province, China; it is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Zhuzhou. Located on the middle eastern margin of the province, the city is bordered to the north by Liuyang City, to the west by Lusong District and Zhuzhou County, to the south by You County, and to the east by Xiangdong District of Yichun, Shangli County of Jiangxi. Liling City covers with registered population of 978,900 and resident population of 1,060,000 (as of 2015).
Liling är en stad på häradsnivå som lyder under Zhuzhous stad på prefekturnivå i Hunan-provinsen i södra Kina. Den ligger omkring 77 kilometer sydost om provinshuvudstaden Changsha. På grund av sitt läge nära gränsen till Anyuan i Jiangxi-provinsen var orten ett tillhåll för kommunistpartiets revolutionära verksamhet i regionen under 1920-talet. Den tidigare generalsekreteraren för Kinas kommunistiska parti, Li Lisan, och Folkrepubliken Kinas första ambassadör till Sverige, Geng Biao, kommer båda från orten.
