Lom [ɫɔm] (bulgarisch Лом) ist eine Stadt in Nordwest-Bulgarien. Sie ist mit 20.000 Einwohnern die zweitgrößte Stadt im Bezirk (Oblast) Montana. Die Stadt ist das Verwaltungszentrum der Gemeinde Lom (36.493 Einwohner im Juli 2005). Lom wurde auch als Lom-Palanka bezeichnet. „Palanka“ bezeichnet eigentlich einen Ort, der größer als ein Dorf aber kleiner als eine Stadt ist.
