Marco Minnemann (born December 24, 1970 in Hanover) is a German drummer. Minnemann moved to Munich at the age of 19, where he became the drummer in the crossover band Freaky Fukin Weirdoz in 1992. Along the way, he founded the progressive rock project Illegal Aliens with singer Artemis Gounaki. In 1997, he joined the H-Blockx, with whom he remained until 1999. Marco Minnemann (born 24 December 1970) is a German drummer, composer and multi-instrumentalist. He lives in San Diego, California. He is known for developing a very advanced drum technique called interdependence allowing him to play various patterns with each of his feet or hands, and has published several instructional books describing this concept.
