Martínkovice () is a municipality and village in Náchod District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.

==Geography== Martínkovice is located about northeast of Náchod and south of the Polish city of Wałbrzych. It lies in the Broumov Highlands, in the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area. The highest point is at above sea level. The village is situated in the valley of the brook Martínkovický potok. It is a tributary of the Ścinawka River, which flows along the northern municipal border.
