==History== The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in the late 1980s, one of the largest American engineering, architecture and urban planning firms, in collaboration with architects Mario Lanata and Andrea Messina to become a modern office building. Construction of the complex began on November 16, 1987, and was completed in November 1990, in view of the 1992 Columbiades.
