Michael E. Mann (* 28. Dezember 1965 in Amherst, Massachusetts) ist ein US-amerikanischer Klimatologe. Sein Forschungsschwerpunkt ist die Paläoklimatologie. Er ist Distinguished Professor für Meteorologie und Direktor am Zentrum für Geowissenschaften („Earth System Science Center“) der Pennsylvania State University (USA). Mann wurde für seine Arbeit vielfach ausgezeichnet und wird von Thomson Reuters als Highly Cited Researcher in der Kategorie Geowissenschaften geführt, womit er in seinem Fachgebiet zu den bedeutendsten Wissenschaftlern der Welt zählt.
