Mon (oficialmente en alemán Mons hasta 1943) es una comuna suiza del cantón de los Grisones, ubicada en el distrito de Albula, círculo de Alvaschein. Limita al oeste y noroeste con la comuna de Stierva, al noreste y este con Tiefencastel, al sureste con Riom-Parsonz, y al sur con Salouf.
