Orant, orantka (łac. orans, orantis od orare – modlić się) – w sztukach plastycznych przedstawienie postaci (zazwyczaj kobiecej) modlącej się, na stojąco, ze wzniesionymi rękami, symbolizującej duszę zbawioną. Przedstawienie postaci w tej pozie było szczególnie popularne w sztuce wczesnochrześcijańskiej. Przeciwieństwem pozy oranta jest gisant.
