Oudhref (arabe : وذرف) ou Oudref est une ville tunisienne située à vingt kilomètres au nord de Gabès. Rattachée à la délégation de Métouia, dépendant elle-même du gouvernorat de Gabès, elle constitue une municipalité comptant 9 932 habitants en 2014. Elle est connue pour son oasis et pour la fabrication de tapis tunisiens traditionnels de type kilim connus sous l'appellation de « mergoums d'Oudhref ». Tissés dans une harmonie de couleurs — souvent dans des tons rouges —, ils se distinguent des tapis de Kairouan par leur texture et leur épaisseur. La ville se trouve sur le territoire de la tribu des Beni Zid, voisine des situés plus au nord.
