Oxythemis phoenicosceles, the Pepperpants, is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. It is found in Benin, Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, and Uganda.
