Pelinnaioi () is a former municipality in the Trikala regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Farkadona, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 63.270 km2. Population 2,170 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Taxiarches. The name derived from the inhabitants of the ancient city of Pelinnae, the ruins of which are located nearby.
Pelinnaioi (in greco moderno: Πελινναίοι) è un ex comune della Grecia nella periferia della Tessaglia di 3.005 abitanti secondo i dati del censimento 2001. È stato soppresso a seguito della riforma amministrativa detta Programma Callicrate in vigore dal gennaio 2011 ed è ora compreso nel comune di Farkadona.
